Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. All projects are split into two payments: 50% at the start of the project and 50% on completion, before launch. For larger projects I'm happy to discuss a three-stage payment schedule.
What if I need more pages than my plan includes?
Additional pages can be added to any plan at £150 per page. I'll always quote this upfront if it's needed.
How many revisions do I get?
Each plan includes the number of revision rounds listed. A 'revision round' means you collect all your feedback and I implement it — rather than a back-and-forth of individual changes. In practice, most projects are completed well within the allocated rounds.
Does the price include hosting?
No — hosting is not included in the project price, as I recommend you own your own hosting account directly. I'll guide you through setting up the right hosting for your site, and typical costs are £5–£20/month depending on your needs.
What if my needs are somewhere between plans?
All quotes are tailored to your specific requirements. If you fall between plans, just get in touch and I'll put together a custom quote.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?
Yes. After your post-launch support period, I offer monthly maintenance retainers starting at £99/month covering updates, backups, security patches, and minor content edits.
