Common questions before we chat

How quickly will you get back to me?

Within 24 hours on weekdays, and I'll give you a proper response — not a generic auto-reply. If your project sounds like a good fit, I'll usually suggest a short call to dig into the details.

Do I need to have a clear brief before getting in touch?

Not at all. Some of my best client relationships started with someone saying "I know I need a better website but I don't really know what I want." I'm good at asking the right questions to figure out what you actually need.

What happens after I send the form?

I'll review your enquiry, do a bit of initial research on your business and industry, then reply with my initial thoughts and a suggested next step — usually a 20-minute discovery call.

Are your quotes really free and no-obligation?

Yes, completely. I'll never pressure you into anything. If my pricing isn't right for your budget or my services aren't the right fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you in a better direction.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes. I've worked with clients in Australia, Ireland, Canada, and the US. Most of the work happens asynchronously over email and video calls, so location rarely matters.
