Back to blogging
December 18th, 2007 at 05:15 pm by stevestuff in Blogging
Been a few months -
… since I’ve added content here. So either I’ve been too busy or I’ve lost interest; which is it? Mostly too busy, but yes, I have lost some interest.
Makes me wonder: with all the blogs out there, most of them focusing on one topic, just what is it that makes some get read, and others to be ignored. And why do these ignored bloggers keep writing? Maybe they are interested in web logging (the definition of a blog).
~ I think for a blog to be popular, most of the better writings are intended for self satisfaction, with the author combining wit with words. The more popular blogs are also about current events, politics, and leadingly (new word), about female models. But yes, many are also about webmastering.
Yea, lately I’ve been quite consumed by this future career I’m provoking … trying to brew up a bit of web design business while still deficient in full knowledge, especially dynamic content. I’ve also been discovering that to learn this programming stuff for making dynamic page content is not all that easy to come by, even at the college I attend. Seems that a programmer can earn at least double that of a programmer teacher. But now, Bates Tech has finally found Judith Graham.
NOT A GEEK - NEED TO LEARN PROGRAMMING
Judith is about to revise the C# classes so there won’t be so many drops and incompletes. The 1st thing she realized was the high-tech text book that was leading only the already competent students. That will be replaced as well as previous instructor’s monotone lectures. IE: there is still hope for me.
So basically, my recent exploitation into web design has rendered me feeling incompetent, confused, and disabled. Fortunately, I publish another blog, my humor blog, that does not promote disregard. I have lots of interest there and time willing, I add posts.
What am I trying to say here - what am I trying to prove?
I have so many interests, I am so diversified, that I have difficulty focusing on everything I am involved with. I could go on and display all my interests - that would take several posts. Basically, I enjoy searching for what’s new, what’s different, and what’s strange. I enjoy composing design, arranging composition, and enhancing graphics. I feel inspired when I can elaborate on ecstatic, notable, exciteful, and inspiring content. If I would ever have to deal with a project that didn’t command my creative mind, I would truly be at not.
